We deeply appreciate and thank Legacy Learning Solutions and Anne Bartlett of Brazosport College for sponsoring and facilitating the translation of the Guide for Spanish speakers. Both guides are available for direct download from the United Way of Brazoria County website, https://www.uwbc.org/harvey-resource-guide

It is important to note, this edition of the Resource Guide has not been updated to include the activation of the Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (D-SNAP) in Brazoria County.


D-SNAP

Beginning today, D-SNAP is now available to Brazoria County residents, and applications will be accepted for a limited time only. Residents of Brazoria County may apply for D-SNAP assistance in-person between September 18-24.

Applicants must bring proof of identity in the form of government-issued identification. The available application dates will depend on the first letter of the applicant’s last name.

SEPT 21 - Last name N - R

SEPT 22 - Last name S - Z

SEPT 23 & 24 - Open to anyone

The D-SNAP Center for Brazoria County is located at the Brazoria County East Annex (old Wal-Mart location), 1524 E. Mulberry St., Angleton, TX 77515. The Center will be open 8AM-7PMSeptember 18-24.
